Biography
Dr. Fang He joined the faculty of Department of Industrial Engineering at Tsinghua University in October, 2014. Currently, he is an associate professor. His research focuses on applying the knowledge of network modelling and optimization, economics, and data mining to enhance decision making of governments, companies, and individuals.
